Introduction
Men and women board a mysterious train that takes them to a suspension bridge between heaven and earth. Some of them try to understand why they are here, others talk about their hopes and fears; earthly memories sometimes surface. Each person experiences in his or her own way this threshold state on the edge of a dream, as if in a rite of passage. Everyone is on their way to a mysterious goal – the presumed end of the bridge – but does it really exist?

Sam and Fred Guillaume
Sam and Fred Guillaume were born on October 7, 1976 in Fribourg (Switzerland). They started in animation in 1998 by making their first film, "The little penguin who wanted an ice cream". Enthused by this first experience, the two brothers decided to make it their profession and directed commissioned films, commercials, scientific films and short films. From 2003 to 2007, itʼs the adventure of the first feature film with Max & Co (CH-F-B-UK) which is distributed in more than 20 countries and wins notably the audience award at the Annecy festival. In parallel to theatrical films, they collaborate on various set design and installation projects, contribute to public awareness through the children's club "La Lanterne Magique", organize continuing education seminars as part of "Focal" and lead workshops and conferences.
