Introduction
Kenji, a delinquent high school boy, is feared to be the strongest in town, but he doesn’t care and forms a band called ‘Kobujutsu’ with his friends Ota and Asakura. When the three, who have no experience playing instruments, make a sound, it sends shockwaves through the audience, and their rock-and-roll youth begins. This film was created over a period of seven years, using the rotoscope technique to animate a live-action film, and actually filming a festival scene with an audience. The lead role is played by Shintaro Sakamoto, and Yasuyuki Okamura also participated as a guest voice actor.’
