Introduction
Tachibana, the president of a small video production company, visits the house of the great Showa-era actress Chiyoko Fujiwara to make a documentary about her. Chiyoko, who disappeared from the industry 30 years ago and has been living in hiding, begins to talk about her memories the moment she sees the key Tachibana has brought with him. Chiyoko’s story gradually begins to take a tumultuous turn, and the episodes of reality and film begin to blend together to form a single story.
