Introduction

One day, the poor boy Juan (Liu Jiajuan) receives a Lion’s Head from a girl of the same name. The boy Juan invites the sloppy Mao and the gluttons Wang, and they decide to enter a Lion Dancing battle tournament. They train hard under the former Lion Dancing champion Qiang (Xie Guoqiang), but just before the tournament, Juan’s father is seriously injured. In order to support his family, Juan goes to work in the big city. Just when he is about to give up on his dream with his friends, the girl Juan reappears.

Haipeng Sun

Born on 8th September 1979. After graduating from the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts, he began making animation as a self-taught artist, gaining experience in all aspects of 3D animation technology and creating Dragon Fist and Food War. His highly acclaimed film Kung Food (14) won the Best Asian Animation Award at the Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival. It also won international film awards at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, the Spark Animation Festival, and the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
