Introduction
On the eve of Halloween, an explosion occurred on the Alba City Planetary Expressway on Mars, in an act of bio-terror. The biological weapon was of unknown substance. The Martian government announced a huge bounty of 300 million Woolong for the terrorists. Meanwhile Faye was in pursuit of a young hacker, and happened to be at the scene of the crime where he witnessed a man he believed might be a terrorist.
