Introduction
Accused by the authorities of not working hard enough, Vladimir’s punishment is to live with an idiot. He chooses him from an insane asylum, and his name is Vova. This idiot can only pronounce one syllable: ouh.
Director
Theodore Ushev
A canadian animation filmmaker of Bulgarian origin, born in Kyustendil, Bulgaria, on February 4, 1968. He is also a visual artist, and has signed numerous illustrations and posters. A graduate of the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, he first made a name for himself as a poster artist in his native country, before settling in Montreal, Quebec, in 1999.
