Introduction
Born to an esteemed family, Inu-oh is afflicted with an ancient curse that has left him on the margins of society. When he meets the blind musician Tomona, a young biwa priest haunted by his past, Inu-oh discovers a captivating ability to dance. The pair quickly become business partners and inseparable friends as crowds flock to their electric, larger-than-life concerts. But when those in power threaten to break up the band, Inu-oh and Tomona must dance and sing to uncover the truth behind their creative gifts.

"Animation director, born in 1965 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
Made feature-length directorial debut in 2004 with the film Mind Game. Winner of the Grand Prize in the Animation Division at the 8th The Japan Media Arts Festival and the Ōfuji Noburō Award at the 59th Mainichi Film Awards. His film Lu Over the Wall won the Annecy International Animated Film Festival's top prize, the Crystal Award. His film Ride Your Wave won the Golden Goblet Award for Best Animation Film at the Shanghai International Film Festival. Other notable works include Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! Ping Pong the Animation"", ""The Night is Short, Girls, Walk"", ""DEVILMAN crybaby"" and ""The Tatami Garaxy"". His latest theatre directed film, INU-OH, was also nominated at the world's most prestigious film festivals."

Please Observe the Following Screening Rules:
Things that are allowed during the screening:
- cheering & other vocalizations, clapping, foot stamping
- noisemakers such as bells and tambourines
- shining objects like penlights
- confetti
- fans, signs (but they should not block the view of people behind you)
- cosplay costumes
Please be Advised of the Following Warnings:
Prohibited
- Firearms, crackers, whistles, penlights with high intensity, anything that may obstruct vision or may endanger other attendees (e.g. sharp objects)
Regarding cosplay and costumes
- Please note that we cannot provide a place to change clothes or apply makeup. Please refrain from changing clothes or wearing makeup in nearby buildings.
- Please refrain from wearing clothing with hard protrusions or clothing that obstruct the view of other attendees.
Prohibited Acts
- Dangerous activities such as jumping, running around, kicking, jeering, use of abusive language, slander, obscene language, etc. that make other customers uncomfortable.
- Audio recording, video recording, and photography are prohibited inside the venue during the main screening.
